"Stay easy great! Location is easiestly the biggest pro for picking this hotel, right across the street from a central train station, with a coffee shop, 7/11 and a grocery store right next door. You can't hear the trains at all, rooms are very well isolated. Room was nice, although pillows are feather, so not the most comfortable. Staff was great, and check in and out was really easy "

"Beautiful setting by the canal really enjoyable if you like to walk and even though it’s near where the people like the congregate, it’s very quiet and peaceful to sleep at night. If you have mobility issues, this hotel might present some challenges because the elevator goes down and requires some steps."

"Got a decent rate using Expedia. A lot of rooms are smallish but have very comfortable beds. Not the kind of rooms you want to spend the day in but hopefully you’re not visiting Copenhagen to stay indoors anyway. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is decent. Hotel is in a good location. Lots of good cafes and restaurants nearby. Crazy takeout burger joint across the street called Gasoline Grill. Be prepared to line up for that experience. Worth the wait though."

"Enjoyed the views from my room on the 10th floor and picking out local landmarks I enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna. Beautiful design Ate breakfast every morning and ate in the brasserie one evening Food was excellent One small problem was the staff moving furniture in the area above my room late at night and early the next morning. Raised at reception. Was investigated and staff told not to repeat which is very fair."

"Beautiful hotel..great staff but was ket down by antiquated iron in the room.. no tea coffee or water in the room.. also the shower and sink totally blocked causing flooding and no phone in room to call reception... could do much better in the smaller things that make a huge difference"

"Staff are fabulous and friendly, clean rooms and great linens/towels. Great location that is near the buses and trains, as well as all the downtown & seawall fun. Only small comment - the iron in the room was very old, no steam/water function, basically useless. Could be a nice upgrade touch for next time."
