"All of the staff were wonderful. They were friendly and always willing to provide assistance We have pets and the pet friendly rooms provided water and food dishes, cookies, poo bags and much more. Our grandchildren loved the pool and water slide. The breakfast staff were excellent and the food was fantastic. We will definitely stay with you again"

"Room was dirty. Bed was made but sheets were used and not washed. Toilet seat had feces on it. Replacement room was similar, blood, lipstick, snot on 5 of 6 pillow cases, chunks of something dried in the sink.
Staff were mortified at housecleaning. Provided refund to Expedia the night of checkin.
I had to fight to get refund from Expedia"
