"Stayed one night, and would not have been able to stay any longer. Arrived to stains on the pillows and bath towels. Shower was also not great. The bathroom light was flickering but with some tinkering we got it to stop. Would not stay here again."

"Parking was fine. The staff were all kind of glum. The bathroom needed a good scrubbing especially the shower tiles. Also under the sink needed new paint. I have stayed there before and it was better. I hope they can brighten up."

"Restaurant Twelve50 was good. Server over the weekend of April 9 to 12th was excellent and the Bannock Eggs Benny was amazing. Room was ok. I had 2 queen Kitchenette kitchen which had no pots or fry pan and kitchen was only a mini bar fridge that did not do well w keeping things atbsafe food temp. "

"Booked a suite and upon arrival found that the toilet seat hadn't been properly cleaned from the previous guest as there was some residual bodily fluids on and under the seat. Superb breakfast as always, well stocked and maintained even with a whole group of U18 baseball players staying. Beds were comfy. Front staff was very helpful."

"Our room experienced an issue on the first night, but the staff promptly arranged a room change the following day, which we appreciated. The property itself is pleasant and very quiet, offering a comfortable environment for rest. However, the hotel would benefit from more thorough cleaning, particularly removing cobwebs and improving the upkeep of the pool area. Breakfast was somewhat limited, with only eggs and sausage as hot options, so we opted for the available cereals instead."

"It was a nice surprise when the hotel notified us that we were going to be upgraded. The room was spacious and worked perfectly for our 4 nights stay. All rooms were pet friendly and they have a promotion where after paying 4 nights for the pet fees (I believe it was $20/night) their next night would be free). Again, a nice unexpected perk. The location is great for being located with walkabilty to restaurants, stores, groceries, banks. Worked perfectly for our sports group needs. Would recommend this hotel to others for sure. The rooms are a bit dated but clean and comfy beds so no complaints and worth the value. Also included a small kitchen for cooking purposes. All in all worked excellent for our needs."
