"Had some delays at checkin. Room was not ready. Staff was young and unsure how to handle delay (laundry problem - they were waiting on clean fresh laundry)
Person that came to room to make up the bed was apologetic. All staff were pleasant but seemed a little overwhelmed. Perhaps this is an isolated incident. The room was fine clean but a bit outdated. I would go back, there are not a lot of options right in Phillipsburgh. "

"Nice place to stay. Highway noise was surprising! The hotel is a bit old fashioned but comfortable and clean. My room was clean and comfortable, everything worked as it should and the bed was comfy. Free coffee and tea are available in the reception area. Very nice/clean pool, although hours of operation (10:00-8:00) could be better by opening earlier and staying open until 9:00 pm."
