"The hotel and the staff were 10/10. The hotel is located in a strange area - basically a shopping mall - and there was not easy access to food when we got in late. "We couldn’t ask for a better hotel for a 24 hour layover in Hong Kong. They were so accommodating and applied an extra day rate of $75 so that we could check out at 6 p.m. before our late evening flight back to the United States. Their complimentary shuttle buses to the airport and the outlet mall were a huge plus!"
"Great, well maintained hotel that can cater to your every requirement. The hotel could benefit from having a gym on the premises, and the 8th floor windows shouldn't be blocked so that guests with young children who couldnt stay at Disneyland until 8pm can view the fireworks from the hotel.
