Independent, very quiet townhouse just 150 m from the Bassin d’Arcachon beach. Shops are 50 m away. You can do everything on foot or by bike. 25 m² terrace (no garden). Easy parking. Ideal for a couple or a family with 2 or 3 children. Small shower room next to the main bedroom, usually not an issue. High-speed Wi-Fi available.



Children’s play area by the water. Tourist office and cycle path 150 m away for bike or tennis rental (5 outdoor courts).



Shops open year-round 50 m away: artisan bakery, pastry shop, chocolatier, oyster farmer, greengrocer, deli, newsstand, pizzeria, seafood restaurants, Sunday market, rotisserie and potatoes in season. Supermarket 1.5 km away. 9-hole golf course 1.5 km away. Spa, massages, aquabike, aquagym, and gym 150 m away.



5 km from the Andernos-les-Bains Pier. Halfway between Cap Ferret and Dune du Pyla/Arcachon. 45 km from the Wine Route (D2) and Bordeaux. The Compostela trail runs along the beach next to the house. The house is in a flood-free zone; storms occur yearly but the area is protected. The Bassin is beautiful in every season!
