  • Great old house with tons of charm. Great location close to parks and campus. Lots of room, lots of ways to have fun and celebrate. Purchasing wind power to offset carbon associated with electricity usage. Great garden if you get here before the fall.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Plenty of room for the 7 of us. The hot tub was very nice. There was some construction outside of the property during our stay but that wasn't the owners fault, it just made parking a little tricky to figure out at first. Overall it was a great stay and we'd definitely recommend it to other large groups planning on staying in the area

This place has a ton of potential, and the owner is a super nice guy. The house is old, and it's age shows. When we stayed, the owner was in the process of making some improvements, which honestly need to be made. He was painting the exterior and fixing up the yard, but got derailed by a very invasive construction project, which should very soon be finished. He also mentioned that he was planning to get new carpet, which I was glad to hear, because the carpet is definitely showing its age. The front room, the bathrooms, and the kitchen are all very nice and the bathrooms seem to have been updated to some measure. The bedrooms and other areas could use some new furniture and some sprucing up. The best thing about this house is its size and its capacity to sleep a large group. I can't recall what the listing says, but, if you have people willing to sleep on couches, I think you could easily sleep as many as 14 people in this house. There are beds and couches everywhere, at least a couple of which are in odd places. The hot tub is very nice and it was very clean. The location is also spectacular, right across the street from Laramie's best park, and a short walk from a nice movie theater. If you are a real stickler for properties that are new and precisely maintained, then this house is not for you. But, if you're on the easier-going side and don't mind an old house that feels old, then you'll find a great value here, especially if you have a large group.

So homie!

We all were so comfortable here, I wish we lived there! Our stay was so comfortable and fun. It was perfectly advertised. We felt so at home. Right across from a large park for the kids, close to our daughter’s graduation from WYOTECH, and there is a hot tub! The host communicated expectations clearly and there were no surprises when we checked out. Very family friendly and welcoming. Thank you!

Christmas in January

The house was great especially with the layout of the bedrooms. It allowed our family to spread out and not be on top of each other. The only negative was the kitchen. The host was very good at communication and shared that the kitchen will be getting an update soon.

We loved this place! The main floor bathroom was much nicer than the basement one, so we all tried to use that one, but everything else was great! Location was fantastic— right across from a park and walking distance to a movie theatre (which has discounts on Tuesdays). Would definitely stay again!

We had the best time here! The kids loved the hot tub and the games and the cute Christmas tree! The house was comfortable, clean, had everything we needed, so convenient to everything we did! We greatly enjoyed the playground right across the street (even all lit up at night with a Christmas light set up!!), the host was extremely responsive and check in and out were a breeze! Already want to come back!

Good time in Laramie

Location is perfect for children, we were able to walk over to the park everyday. It’s also close to downtown and grocery stores. The house is cozy and comfortable. There was a problem with the plumbing that the owner fixed promptly. Overall good stay.
