Schlechte Lage, dafür billig
Liegt an einer lauten vierspurigen Straße, wo nachts mit frisierten Motorrädern voll aufgedreht wird.
Umgebung: teilweise Brachflächen, Baustellen und verlassene Häuser. 25 Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum.
Zimmer schlicht eingerichtet. Sauber, aber schon leicht runtergekommen (Glühbirnen statt Lampen an den Decken).
