The hotel has a terrific location for dining, shopping, and is close to the beach. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially with taxis and wake up calls They offer an excellent breakfast.

The hotel exceeded my expectations! It's the perfect location in Larnaca city. It's barely a short walk to Finikoudes beach and a lot of shops and restaurants nearby! I've been staying at Livodhiotas during visits to Cyprus since 2008. I have always had a great experience. The staff is friendly and helpful, whether it is securing my lost luggage when it finally arrives, booking taxis, or providing wake-up calls. The location is terrific, within walking distance to everywhere I want to go in Larnaka. The room is comfortable and clean, and the price makes for good value.

It’s a nice and value hotel , the negative is bathroom and shower is not in perfect shape actually really bad . Public toilet area was under construction and very dirty should better been close , Busniess center very old . Gepgraphic it’s really good located and good breakfast
