The units are outdated . The whole complex needs an update. There is an open air night club operating until the early hours of the weekend and the sound is very high. Shower was dripping water instead of spraying. Nothing to store or place onto in the bathroom.

Vi hadde fin utsikt fra rommet mot stranden og havet. Rommet var greit men litt slitt. Mange restauranter å velge mellom rett utenfor. Stranden er fin, litt langgrunt. Alt i alt et bra sted for en ukes avslapping. Meget hyggelig personale.

Utsikten til stranden var fantastisk. Sentral beliggenhet rett ved bussholdeplassen. Butikker og restauranter rett på utsida. Rommet var veldig stort. Enkelt innredet og enkel standard. Hyggelige ansatte. Men tre dager uten varmt vann trekker ned. Ansatte beklaget og forklarte at det skyltes at de hadde gått tom for gass.

We have been to these apartments 5 times. This time we had 2 rooms as our young adult children shared a different room. They made sure we were next door which was great as that meant they upgraded one room. We love it here for the location, balcony views, good little kitchen and good air con and clean. So why 4 stars - this is because there was a 3-day delay fixing one aircon unit and a bathroom door due to issues getting hold of their maintenance person which was not great. But otherwise all good and we would come again. I do think some of the rooms will soon need work on them and one oddity was a newish kitchen had only one plug socket for 4 appliances! There is a car park next door at 8 euros a day or a feee one 5 mins walk away.

Stayed for one night as holiday villa unavailable for that night. Marilou was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Arranged a taxi from the airport to the hotel for our party of six. Location is perfect. We’d have no hesitation in staying here again.

great stay

mega comfy beds, cold aircon, clean roomy bathroom, kitchen lacked space and utensils and the restraunts near by are really noisy from Thursday-sat with live music playing outside until 3am! the staff are freindly and the maids work really hard.

There was undisclosed extensive building work going on directly under the building which meant banging and drilling sarted at 6.45am EVERY single morning and lasted the best part of the day. I was woken every morning and i was unable to call home from my room because I couldnt hear. I was unable to watch TV in my room, because I couldnt hear. On top of that the room and furniture is very tired and not like pictures posted, i.e. sofa posted but just a chair in room. Chips and dents everywhere in flooring and walls and the bathroom trimings were green or rusty. Bath looked dirty but it wasnt , just was in terrible condition. The staff are wonderful. 5 star staff. I communicated regarding not being told abot building work. I viisted for rest post surgery and was unable to rest at all. I would have stayed elsewhere if i was told. My initial email was replied to, stating to message again on Modnay as the manager isnt around. I emailed a further 5 times and they were all ignored.

Unfortunately one of the worst places I have stayed. Although its location is excellent (1 minute from the sea, close to restaurants, clubs, etc.), the hotel looks like is falling apart. The furniture in the rooms is old and worn while the sofas are dirty and blackened. Τhe cleanliness is their biggest problem since it is not done with care but they just change the sheets. The sink and toilet in my room were not cleaned for 3 days and the balcony probably for days. Τhe stove is rusty and the tables in the kitchen full of marks from dishes. the floor of the balcony is blackened. Τhe room they gave me was on the first floor and when you opened the door it filled with smoke and smells from the restaurants right below and the noise was incredibly annoying. I asked to be taken to a higher floor but they could not. The elevator is particularly slow while the second one was not working. The people at the reception were nice but they couldn't make me have a good time. The place needs a radical renovation of furniture, a good organization of cleanliness and an improvement of the image inside and out. iam sure i will never stay again in this hotel!!! I would give to it a very low rating
