"It was nice but sometimes does not feel like a 4 star hotel. The coffee at the room is INSTANT COFEE!!! , the gym does not have proper air conditioning, the air conditioning at the room turns off automatically so in warm nights I had to get up and turn it on three times, the WIFI does not work properly and the water on the shower does not keep a constant temperature, I had to adjust it to keep it at the temperature I like."

"Parking garage is in hotel building which is convenient but is a little tight when 2 cars going in opposite directions are in the driveways."

"Good price and room, didn’t really use facilities. Reception helped organise taxi to San Sebastián. Approx 25-30 euro journey each way to old town. Small cafe and pastry shop located nearby was nice"
