"The cleaners did a good job. The waiting on staff were generally terrible (complaint had to be put in for one of them) and the entertainment was very poor. Add in the fact a very dated and sexist policy that meant to enjoy an evening meal at the hotel all men had to wear trousers and you can see why the low stars for the review. "

"Hotel is beautiful but felt we should have been treated better in regards to our request for room change after noisy first night. Especially given our 13 night stay booking. New room was much smaller and quieter, but we lost out on view and larger washroom. Waitress and Manager in La Piazzetta were very helpful, food and pricing were great value. "

"Very clean rooms Food where good - But much the same. But they can not make drinks in the bar. It is a self catering All inclusive Hotel. So there are lack of service according to other hotel. Empty beer glass everywhere. But all in all good hotel and vacation "

"This place was perfect for our large family trip! A week in February half term. Something for everyone! Everything sparkling clean, lots of activities throughout the day. The food was amazing, and they catered really well for our son who is Gluten Free. The only slight down side, which did not affect our party, was it's all built on a slight incline, so we might have had problems if one of us was very unstable on our feet, especially going down to the beach, however, there is a lift in the main building and ramps throughout the resort for wheelchairs. But for most, the incline makes for stunning views and an interesting/beautiful resort!!"

"Rooms are good , facilities are okish ...food is repeated..we were vegetarian so food was very much repeated for us. Kids mini club was excellent..animation team were very friendly and bar near the pool was heated.. drinks were average room were cleaned "

"The hotel had plenty of amenities and the staff were very helpful and great. Especially Jimmy on reception and Cocca and Lorenzo on the entertainment. The food was plentiful and varied. However the tiles around the pool area and in the pool need attention. Also tea and coffee in the rooms with a kettle would be ideal. Otherwise a great holiday "

"We stayed at this hotel for a week and overall had a really lovely time. The food was great, the views were beautiful, and there were plenty of pools to choose from. We really appreciated having a separate adults-only area as well as easy access to the beach. The staff at the bar and at reception were fantastic. Always friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and they really made a difference to our experience. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel for its location, facilities and great food."
