"Stayed form 8/4/thru 8/11/2026: I must admit when I book on VRBO or any home rental site I am always a little bit the skeptic. However, myself and my family (10 in total) were more than pleasantly surprised. The home was beautiful and clean and well stocked with vacation necessities (i.e., a blender for pina coladas/daiquiris) and 4 lounge chairs by the pool. It also provided beautiful views of El Yunque in the distance from the top porch which also, made for a perfect place to lounge in the morning and/or evening enjoying a cup of cafe leche. The pool provided morning and late night entertainment and was cleaned regularly during our stay. The house was located in a double gated neighborhood and the folks were very friendly when we walked in the mornings throughout the community. Juan was an exceptional host and very proactive, making sure our stay was enjoyable. It has been a number of years since I last visited Puerto Rico and the Luquillo area so I had many questions, which Juan answered within minutes of me asking. He made it very easy to check in and check out and we all felt very welcome. I look forward to booking this place again on my return to the island next summer and thereafter if Juan continues to rent. We give it a 10/10 rating."

"This house was huge and even with a family of 25 people (adults and children) it never felt crowded. The pool was the highlight! the deepest was about 10ft and the shallow end was great for the little kids. The host and property manager were quick with responses with the issues I had with the gate access and on of the AC units leaking. The air conditioning in this house was GREAT! we were never hot and all rooms have their own AC system and the leaking AC was fixed the next morning. My family and I really enjoyed this property and would definitely return."

"Thr place was well kept nicely laminated which was very important for us arriving from our tours. Only the entry bridge is scary if you are not a good driver. They need a stronger water pump, water pressure in the house was very low when 2 showers are going hot water was plenty. Just low water pressure. Other than that location was great to enter El Yunke rain forest and 4 great river locations. Awesome time we will rent again"

"The house was nice and comfortable. The area is quiet and close to San Juan which was great. It was also close to beaches and food vendors. House was clean but needs to be updated. The pool was nice but closes at 6 which was inconvenient and the gym was out of service and equipment was rusty. Despite all that the experience was good and the owners were great."

"From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with this property. Everything was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and beautifully updated. The modern appliances, stylish finishes, and overall appearance made it feel comfortable, inviting, and even better than expected.I can’t say enough wonderful things about the hosts. Their communication was prompt, friendly, and helpful from beginning to end. They truly made us feel welcome, like we were family guests rather than just renters. That level of hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.The view is absolutely breathtaking—the photos don’t do it justice. The pool and outdoor spaces were spotless and clearly designed to be enjoyed. Whether you’re grilling on the BBQ, relaxing by the pool, or simply taking in the scenery, it’s the perfect place to unwind and spend quality time outdoors.The location couldn’t have been better. It felt very safe and was conveniently located just off the main highways, making it easy to get around without worrying about getting lost in neighborhoods. Within 15 minutes, you’ll find beautiful beaches, charming cafés, incredible local restaurants, trendy dining spots, family-friendly attractions, and plenty of outdoor adventures. There are also grocery stores, shopping, and other everyday conveniences nearby.This property is perfect for everyone—whether you’re traveling solo, as a couple, with family, or with a larger group of friends. In fact, I’d love to come back."

"This property is in a good location but it is very dated. The owner has not kept up the repairs of the property. There were 6 of us for 10 days and 8 for 3 put of 10 days. We had 8 bath towels and 8 beach towels for the entire time. the washer and dryer were small so you have to do multiple loads for the towels and it took more than 3 hours to dry each time. There was a bidet in the bathroom and it was probably used more than 10 years ago because it has been broken for a long time. The property was listed for three and half bathrooms, except one was outside and it was not clear when it was last cleaned or used because there were frogs and bugs in the toilet and shower. The kitchen was not in the greatest shape either, not very clean. We had two rolls toilet paper, three 15gal garbage bags, four dish washer detergent, no laundry detergent. I understand that we need to bring stuff but not dish detergent, garbage bags and toilet paper. We have stayed at many places for the past years and every place i gave a 10 not a 7 like I think this place deserve.Good location but the owner need to put some money in to improve the place and not so cheap with toilet paper and detergent."
