Charming Villa in a private luxury beach front residence, located right on the magnificent and famous “Las Terrenas Beach”, with many kilometers of golden sand beaches, crystal clear waters and coral reef banks.
For short or long stays, meal plans are available in our inside complex restaurant “Baraonda”. Wellness spa on premises, and a large swimming pool with sunken pool bar will roundup our services for a perfect stay.
Alisei is surrounded by tropical vegetation and coconut trees, for an ideal Caribbean atmosphere. Within walking distance is the village of Las Terrenas with several shopping areas and a big variety of restaurants and bars.

Prior to checking in I sent (3) messages to the property owner requesting information on checking in, getting the keys, and Internet instructions. Even though everything was answered when we checked in, my stress level could have been greatly reduced with a simple reply from someone.

Beach and Yoga

We live and work in Santo Domingo and Las Terrenas is now only 1h45 minute drive to get away from the city. This was our first time at the Alisei and we enjoyed the best beach only yards away. I went Sailing Club just down the road where I rented a Hobie cat and loved it. My wife went to the yoga sessions every morning. The hotel has its own great restaurant (breakfast included) and we were also able to prepare some meals in the fully furnished kitchen. The apartment is just right for the 2 of us. The room has a/c but one doesn't really need it. The nights are fresh. We will be going back to the Alisei for more sailing, yoga and to relax. We appreciate the fact that the hotel is human size. Not a huge complex and plenty of privacy not too far from the village center. We will be back!

Very nice property to spend vacation time. Do not recommend to go during Holy week (if you are looking for some peace and quiet), any other time this is the perfect place to enjoy Las Terrenas.
