Private suite in Las Vegas with free parking

Only 5 min to the international airport, 3 min to Highway 215, 10 min to the Las Vegas Strip, and around a 5-10 min drive to major casinos. Close to many restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping malls.

This guest suite is a private bedroom with comfy queen beds, microwave, small fridge, work desk, and high-speed wifi. The suite also has a private bathroom that's equipped with sink, shower, towels, and toiletries. A perfect all-in-one listing for home working, work trips, or student residences. The front door entrance, downstairs living room and hallway are public shared. Free parking spaces on street.

The washer and dryer are available for use once a week from 12pm-6pm for free, but appointment needed in advance, and other times will charge a fee of $10/load.

House Rules:
-No access to the kitchen/garage parking.
-No smoking/vaping/partying in the house.
-Quiet hours are from 8 am to 8 pm daily, and no loud noises are allowed.
-Public spaces have 24/7 monitoring system.
