"Tried to cancel my reso at 2pm for a 4pm check-in due to overbooking. Tried to get me to pay to stay at a motel down the road instead. Wasn't until around 5:30 where they said they have room for me at St. Eugene. Very bizarre last minute scenario that jeopardized my reservation that was made a month prior right before check in."
