Will not disappoint

Very welcoming staff, good included breakfast options, and phenomenal view - one of the best in Wengen. Dinner, while not included, was also great and was marked for allergens such as gluten, lactose, etc.

the property was perfect for our sta and provided us with a lovely mound view from our balconyy. No frills, but clean and had a nice honesty bar in the lounge. We also enjoyed a wonderful breakfast every morning before our hikes with nice staff. My only critique would be that our mattress was incredibly squeaky, making it difficult to sleep soundly..

Excellent hotel but …

I had great expectations for this stay since I’ve been to Wengen several times and I looked forward to stay at this hotel, that I value as the best there. It was a short stay to ski, so I arrived and I departed late. The reception closes at 16.00 so I found my room key waiting for me with a nice note and that’s it. After 16.00 there’s also no service to and from the station: a minor issue. I felt really unwelcome without a human contact with the reception: I can understand that at a “cheap” hotel but not at an upscale one. All the rest top notch: room, public areas and breakfast, one of the best I had in Switzerland.

少し奥まった位置にあり、ある意味静かなはず…だが、鉄道沿いで、運悪く工事をしていて、バルコニーでは過ごせなかった。 スタッフの皆さんはにこやかでフレンドリー。 とても良い時間を過ごせました。 朝ごはんのベーコンはサイコーに美味かった。 今回は3階だったけど。次回はもう少し上階で過ごしてみたいです。 今回のスイス旅の中では1番良かったホテルでした。

Loved the balconies and view, close proximity to town and things to do/train to Interlaken, etc. rooms were great - stayed on a hot week so know there is no AC. Wengen is the best and this hotel was a great place to stay with kids, as our room had bunk beds in a separate bedroom.

This was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. The mountain view from the balcony was extraordinary, the breakfast was great, it was super clean, convenient, and just all-around awesome. We traveled with a 4 year old, and they really accommodated her too. I’d love to come back someday.

It was a cozy cabin living that is maintained very well with breathtaking views with everything being walking distance away and the support staff are very helpful. If only all of us can embrace car free lifestyle like Wengen city world would be a better place
