Your own outdoor pool & deck area allows you to relax and cool off during the day or evening or to just hang out for the day as an alternative to going to the beach. The large enclosed trampoline is a big hit with the children, as is a custom built play house in the garden. Watch amazing horizon wide sunsets over dinner from the large outdoor dining table. Spacious entertainment home with kitchen and dining rooms opening to front deck, and large entertainment lounge with decks both sides on main level. 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, ironing & chest freezer room, laundry, family bathroom & toilet and additional toilet room also on main level with master bedroom and en-suite, walk in wardrobe, and queen bed opening to pool deck at rear of house on upper level. Included in the tariff is a starter pack of tea, coffee, milk, sugar and breakfast cereals. Complimentary local & Fiji phone calls, free wifi broadband internet, laundry powder and dish-washing liquid. Two car parking levels for convenience of living, the upper level park being sheltered but not covered. Arrangements can be made for uplift/drop-off from/to Nadi airport (20 mins away), local rental car at the property, daily maid service upon request.

Activities and Tours: A number of charter businesses operate in and around Lautoka, they offer diving, sailing and fishing charters. There are also local tour companies which offer village visits, waterfall hikes etc, hot mud pool & garden tours. Cars and vans are available for hire as are motor vehicles. There are a number of rental companies in Lautoka that can be of assistance in this regard. Local Tennis Courts are a 5-6 minute walk from the house and are available for use for a small charge paid at the courts. Local Golf Course is 5-6 minute car ride from the house. Botanical Gardens is a 10 minute walk from the house as is the City sponsored Children's Playground opposite, with a further 5 minute walk to the Lautoka Hospital.

Dining: There are a number of excellent restaurant options available from fine dining near the water front to tasty curries, pizzas, fragrant noodle dishes, sizzling seafood hotplates and fried-rice specialties that would do San Francisco proud - an unexpected oasis in a small island city.

Shopping: There are large scale department stores, shopping malls, grocery stores, butcheries, bakeries, liquor stores and wine shops and the main Lautoka market for local produce and seafood all in the city centre and within 15 minutes walk from the house - as is the central post office. Pharmacy items are limited so if you have special requirements it is best to bring along with you. Private doctors and a government run hospital (Lautoka Hospital) are also available and in easy walking reach of the house. Handicraft shops and markets also offer locally made souvenirs.

Airport pick up from Nadi airport can be arranged upon request (FJ$30 one way for the 20 minute ride paid directly to the driver). Drop-off can be similarly arranged upon request.

The owners are residents of Fiji and an hour away which can be very helpful if you need anything during your stay, and that can be arranged on the spot by the security guard or house maid.

All local and Fiji mobile calls are also complimentary as a phone is provided on the premises. Broadband internet is also complimentary whilst staying at the house.
