– NOISE CURFEW: Please help us be respectful to the neighbors. 3 warnings then cancellation. Lava Hot Springs ordinance quiet time 10pm - 7am.
Any cleaning needed beyond a normal cleaning-stains found in rugs, blankets, etc. will have an additional cleaning fee, plus cost of replacing items.
No eating/drinking in bedrooms. Please do not rearrange any furniture to avoid damages. Dogs allowed on Case by Case basis.

Fantastic stay at a fantastic home.

The property was exactly as described in the listing. The home was very clean and very well maintained. The hosts were the best! They were great with communication when I had questions before the trip as well as during the trip. If you are thinking about a stay in Lava Hot Springs this would be the place to stay. When I make the trip again, I know I will be staying.

Spacious & Charming

This house is very large. We had 11 adults and 2 children and didn’t feel cramped in the slightest. Open concept with lots of rooms. The 2 kitchens were a dream since we are vacation cookers. The covered patio is adorable. The yard is beautiful and peaceful and just far enough away to be quiet and private. Also close enough to walk! Hosts were extremely accommodating.

Overpriced

This place was overcrowded trying to serve meals - hard to move in the kitchen area. There were no laundry facilities, which was much needed with children, etc., and not much area for the children to play outdoors. We had rented another ArBnb as well and paid half as much as we had to pay for this place. I felt this was way overpriced for what we got.

The check in process was smooth but there was camera everywhere, I felt like this was an invasion of privacy. Also the outside trash cans were full when we arrived. The air conditioning was on a program could not adjust temperature it turned off at night the house got very warm.(miserable to sleep) the futons was very uncomfortable.

Home away from Home
