"A very pretty hotel built around this magnificent Chateau. Two nice pools the adults only located at the front of the Chateau in a fantastic location. The hotel is immaculate and the staff are great though the bar service system at the pool doesn't seem to work as advertised. Pleasant restaurant particularly for outdoor dining. Recommended."

"A lovely family run hotel with attention to detail and great service. Great location, with a super pool (great for kids). Beautiful views across the hillsides. Breakfast was delicious and very fresh. Friday night BBQ and live music was a lovely experience. We visited a local Thai restaurant on Friday evening, as recommended by the hotel - they weren’t wrong. It was really tasty and the service excellent. All in all would highly recommend and would love to return to Hotel L’Abbaye!"

"Séjour agréable. Personnel au top, discret mais efficace. Le parc était très agréable le soir pour palier à la température qui a atteint 40°C durant notre séjour en août. Assez difficile de trouver l'accès au parking principale, via un petit chemin indiqué par un tout petit panneau au bas d'un muret, visible uniquement en venant du centre ville. Si vous venez par la route de Sarlat, vous ne le verrez pas. Cabine de douche un peu petite, mais fonctionnelle. Adresse à recommander sans hésitation."
