"Good price and location, especially if you're looking to get out of midtown accomodations and have some fun in the village area. Place is small, but roomy enough and the kitchenette was definitely a plus. AC wasn't working that well, but we got by. Noise wasn't a big issue, since it's on 9th street and not one of the busier roads. There are many restaurants and bars around."

"Check in was easy. We received helpful videos showing each step of getting into the building.The unit was clean and neat. Even being next to a busy bar it was quiet. The backyard was nice in opening up the apartment. The shower had good pressure and the water gets hot quickly. The combo washing machine/dryer is very convenient. "The property was clean, no issues there. Did not like being charged an additional $105 for checking in due to property taxes or something along the line. When you get a package for flight and stay that’s supposed to be the total price but not with this hotel. The shower drain was very slow and resulted in us showering in a puddle by our feet each shower. They do have lockers for you to leave your things should you need to have a place before your check in time which was much appreciated."

"The tent was lovely and as expected. The property was not well managed. Continental breakfast was a bagel in a box and the bar and restaurant were closed to guests due to outside events. This would be fine if you weren’t on an island with very little other option! It was strange that they couldn’t save atleast a little space for their paying guests for a drink, dinner or breakfast or atleast notify us in advance so we could have brought our own food."
