The refrigerator broke the first day, but they replaced it right away. The bed was comfortable, how ever the curtains did not block out the sun as well as I hoped they would. I am a night worker and needed to sleep during the day. The water pressure was very good in the shower as was the temperature. I would stay again if I come back to this town.
The worst hotel experience I've ever had
There was a hole in the wall of the room, bad smell, they came to knock on the door at 10:30 am to check out and there was no one who could attend to me.
The staff at this location kicked me out for having a service animal. After harassing my family, they stated no pets. But a service animal isn’t a pet. They refused to give me my refund and stated it was Expedia fault. Spoke with customer service they informed me the property manager of the inn, refused to give me my refund 0/10 customer service
If you're not afraid of crazy staff, crawling bugs in the room, and super dirty beds and sofas, then come and stay! When I came out of the room, I found a male employee putting his ear against the wall of the guest room and listening to the sounds in each room. I don't know what his purpose was!
I did two nights at Lawrenceville inn. The first night i payed for in cash. The second night i went on Expedia to book the same room and it worked.I staayed in room 221 on the second floor. On the second evening, there were what i believe to be roaches that came from behind the bed. My wife and I be absolutely grossed out, I tried to kill one that popped up from behind the headboard and it scurryed away. The lady at the front desk staff was very rude and told me and my wife that we brought the roaches into the room and she would not allow us to change or room. This was not my first stay at this hotel but it was definitely my last stay.
Entire hotel reeked of cigarette smoke. Dirty box full of trash and a dirty cat in the "concierge" desk area. The sheet for the bed was covered in 3 large yellow stains, the pillows had hair and bugs, and there was a dead roach and dirt and hair inside the fridge The table and dresser were covered in a layer of dust. The bathroom towels were folded but stained and there were dead roaches behind the toilet. The toilet paper was not secured and hand nothing to secure itself to I noticed after trying to grab some and the entire roll rolling onto the floor. Closure lock on door broken. If you dont like bed bugs, roaches, and dim lighting, do not stay here. They will not refund you even when you tell them the issues and Expedia will not assist even if you have evidence.
It wasn’t exactly clean, and didn’t fit many safety standards. There were dead cockroaches in the room, the mattress was three mattresses stacked one on top of the other. The side door to enter in after hours had a piece of paper jammed into the lock so anyone could come in and out, my rooms secondary lock, the latch was broken. It got the job done, but at what cost.
If you have a skin condition they will ban you because they think you smoke cigarettes. This should be listed on their policies but i think it counts as discrimination, not too sure about that. The halls have ceiling tiles missing every 3rd one with a tan trash can located below it with mold, not sure how often they change it. The room smelt like old wet dog bedding, even turning the ac on with air frenshener sprayed on it didnt help. The side door, good luck getting it to open. One of the live in rooms taught me how to break into to the door.
