You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Family Fun: Pool, Arcade, Massage Chair

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. Enjoy the private pool (open mid/end of May to mid-September-dependent on weather), play some arcade consoles, go skiing and come back to a massage chair, play family board games, or simply enjoy yourself in front of the fireplace!

Sleeps 12 people in 9 beds in 5 rooms. The master king room is spacious with massage chair, tv, and private bathroom. 2 queen bedrooms are just down the hall, both with tvs. A bunk room with 4 beds is perfect for the kids; another bunk downstairs.

You'll have access to the whole property except the garage, a closet upstairs, and a closet downstairs.

Office hours 9am-9pm; I'll often be available these hours.
Someone may need to come shovel, mow, or garden during your stay, depending on circumstances. You'll be notified prior to the visit, either by phone, text, or knock on the door.

In-between I-15 and Hwy 89. Fairly close to the air base, but far enough away to not be overwhelming. Close to Layton Hills Mall.
Quiet neighborhood.

You'll need a car or Uber-type service to access any stores, entertainment, or events outside of the home.

Had a great stay with our grown children. The pool was the highlight of the trip. Well appointed house in quiet family neighborhood. Very clean. Great communication from owner. Only 15 minutes from Lagoon. If anyone in your group has mobility issues, be aware the house has several levels.

Great place to gather family

The house was decorated beautifully. Everything was clean and new. The arcade was a huge hit! Lots of space for visiting, television watching and gaming. Everyone had plenty of space to have fun. The beds were all comfortable. The backyard was amazing. I wish we had come earlier in the year to use the pool and BBQ. Check out was a little early 10.00am.

Great stay

This house is huge!! So many bedrooms and different floors for activities. My husband and I stayed here on our passing through Utah. There are a lot of stairs, so if you are unable to climb stairs, this is not the place for you. But it was quiet and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay! I can see why this would be a great home for families. There is so much to do!

Beautiful home!

We had a large group. Plenty of room, plenty of privacy, plenty of bathrooms. The home is beautiful! Because of the time of year (early fall) the pool was already covered, which was disappointing, but it was fine! The little kids loved the playground, the older kids (and adults lol) loved the arcade. Kitchen has a fabulous amount of wares to make prepping food easy! Very, very happy with our stay!

Great place for a family vacation

Spent a week here with my family and the place had everything we needed. House was clean and as advertised in a great location. The pool and game room were both big hit and the massage chair in the master suite was a great bonus for me. I would highly recommend this location to anyone wanting a nice space for a family get together.

Family wedding weekend

We had several family members together for a wedding this weekend. House was lovely. The owner put so much thought into every detail. Everything you could need was provided. Dishes. Spices. Towels for the pool even some pool toys. Lots of things for all ages. More than any house we have ever rented. Plenty of room for everyone. Family all enjoyed the pool too! Hot hot weekend so the pool was great. We would absolutely stay agian next time we are in the area.
