Great location just a few minutes walk from the waterfront. Staff at breakfast are exceptional and so friendly. Room was at the back which had a nice little balcony to sit on. Only issue was the air conditioning did not work. Highly recommend for anyone going to Lezise .

The staff were, ummm, let's just say they were...different. Two of the three we encountered were clueless about the operation. The hotel had NO AIR CONDITIONING. The unbearable heat wave hitting the area made staying an impossibility. We were there only a for few hours and my GF was not feeling well at all because of the heat. I chose to find another hotel with AC. The so called manager, would offer no refund at all. In their defense they had no obligation to do so following the 48 hour guidelines. But it would have been a nice gesture given the circumstances. They have little to offer for that price point. The room was clean, as was the hotel. They had a restaurant and bar but we had to go to another hotel to get food and drink after arriving. Good luck.

Sehr saubere Unterkunft, das Personal ist super freundlich. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Zentral gelegen, alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Leider gibt es keine Klimaanlage und keinen Kühlschrank.

Ho trascorso un sereno week di inizio giugno nell'Hotel Casablanca. Hotel gradevole e pulito, con arredo semplice e funzionale. La colazione, servita al tavolo, è stata più che adeguata, con possibilità di scelte diverse. Personale molto cortese e disponibile: in particolar modo Alessandro. L'hotel è un po' distante dal centro di Lazise (15 minuti a piedi), ma vi è una pista ciclo-pedonale che lo collega. Come aspetti negativi segnalo: - il rumore del traffico per chi, come me, ha alloggiato in una camera che si affaccia sulla Via Gardesana, da cui però si ha la possibilità di vedere il lago in lontananza - la presenza della "tenda" nella doccia, che non è molto funzionale. In generale consiglio questo hotel, anche per la qualità offerta rispetto al costo.

Es ist ein in die Jahre gekommene Gebäude mit veralteten Fenstern und Türen, die noch gut funktionieren. Das Frühstück ist einfach gehalten mit täglich gleichem Angebot. Der Kaffee/Cappuccino ist eine Wucht, schmeckt fabelhaft. Das Personal ist freundlich, Alessandro ist eine wunderbare Service kraft, immer sofort zur Stelle und stets freundlich. Die Zimmer sind hell mit Blick auf den Gardasee. Im Sommer ist es sehr heiß, es gibt nur Ventilatoren, leider keine Klimaanlage, auch keinen Kühlschrank, wo man mitgebrachte Sachen kühlen kann. Das Bad ist mit Badewanne und Föhn ausgestattet und mit 4 frischen Hand und Duschtüchern ausgestattet. Es wird täglich geputzt und ist sehr sauber. Ich würde wieder kommen, wenn man keine großen Ansprüche stellt.

Sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Hotel, sowohl die Angestellten als auch die Inhaberin waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, fast schon familiär. Die Zimmer mit Blick auf die Berge waren (glücklicher Weise) der Abend-Sonne und der Straße abgewandt.

CASABLANCA - hotel z poprzedniej epoki. Pokoje z balkonami, skromne, niewygodne łóżko, mały telewizor, wiatrak stojący. Brak wody na powitanie w pokoju. Brak czajnika, kawy, herbaty, sejfu w pokoju. Plus za widok na jezioro. Dojście do jeziora utrudnione przez campingi (nie można przez nie przejść). Duży parking pod drzewami. Łazienka dosyć duża, z bidetem, wc, wanną, woda letnia, brak ciepłej - gorącej wody. Umywalka z szafką obwieszona jakby miała spaść, światło nad lustrem nie działało. Śniadania skromne, donoszone przez obsługę do stolika, nie ma bufetu z wyborem jedzenia. Widelec plastikowy, łyżeczka do jogurtu z jakiegoś tworzywa, brak pieprzu w młynku, brak naturalnej soli w młynku, dostępna sól przetworzona z antyzbrylaczami i innymi "E" konserwantami, dżemy, miód - podawane w plastikowych opakowaniach. Dobre wino, serwowane w szkle. Dobre cappuccino. Hotel wymaga gruntownego remontu.
