Ground floor: narrow, fully equipped kitchen, living room with a sofa bed for 2 people (on request), dining room, WC (half-level), suite with a 160 cm bed and shower room (walk-in shower) / WC.

Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (one with a 160 cm bed, the other with two single beds and a double bed), WC, bathroom with walk-in shower.

Access via a private courtyard, large terrace, and small private garden.
Parking in front of the property.
Gas heating (meter reading).

End-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash) included.
"Accueil Vélo" (Cyclist Welcome) certified cottage.
Use of the jacuzzi requires a €500 deposit.
