3 ROOMS APARTMENT (approx 80M²), LIGHT FLOODED, SUN-TERRACE WITH WIDE VIEW

1- Living room, dining room with kitchen + sofa bed 1.40 m (fully equipped kitchen including 4 electric heating plates with cooker hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with freezer), satellite TV (large screen TV)

2- Bedroom with mezzanine bed (1.60m, comfortable mattress + slatted frame) and twin beds (2x0.90 m) juxtaposable

3- Bedroom with comfortable sofa bed (1.60 m) and satellite TV (big screen TV)

4- Bathroom & toilet with bath-shower, washing machine

5- Light flooded hall with amazing view!

6- Large terrace to enjoy good meals, relax (sun loungers for all guests), to appreciate the calm and the breathtaking 360° view. This space is entirely private and perfect for sun tanning in privacy

7- Access to a secure room (exclusively for you) to store your equipment on the ground Floor.

Possibility to charge your electric vehicle on a mains socket.

WIFI access. No smoking even if windows are open, pets not allowed.
We are grateful to our friendly guests for putting slippers in the house.
Your arrival for your first day as from 16:00, your departure on your last day until 10:30
We make a perfect equipped apartment at your disposal, like new. However the bedding (bed covers), bathtowels, dishtowels are not included in the rent. We can provide them to you on your demand.
You leave the apartment clean as at your arrival (if it is not the case, part of the deposit will be withheld).

Bouffer d’oxygène

Très bonne semaine de vacances à la montagne.Tout est à proximité de l’appartement.Le propriétaire est très à l’écoute et très gentil.L’appartement est d’une grande propreté, très spacieux et facile d’accès. Je recommande.

Logement très agréable, bien placé au calme

Logement très propre, bien décoré, bien équipé dans un quartier calme proche des départs de randonnée et pour ne rien gâcher une super terrasse avec vue sur les montagnes. Très bon accueil également du propriétaire, nous recommandons.

Fijn verblijf

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad, het huis ligt een stukje uit het dorp, in een rustige buurt. De eigenaar vindt het fijn als je op slippers loopt en niet met schoenen naar binnen gaat. Hij is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans le bel appartement de Denis. Les pièces sont spacieuses, très claires et malgré la canicule, nous n'avons pas souffert de la chaleur. Les vues sont magifiques et l'emplacement est très calme. La communication avec Denis a été facile et agréable. Merci pour les suggestions de randonnées ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Top Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in einer sehr guten ruhigen Lage. Für Radfahrer ideal mit abschließbarer Garage für das Equipment. Vermieter spricht deutsch und ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl geführt und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Viele Grüße U. H.

Absolutely superb!

We came to the area for cycling with our 2 adult daughters and were all delighted with the apartment. It's beautifully furnished, well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The rooms, including the bathroom, are all a really good size, and we thoroughly enjoyed dining and relaxing on the terrace with spectacular views of the mountains. There's a secure garage, perfect for storing bikes etc, and off-road parking next to the apartment. Denis is a very welcoming, helpful host, and we would definitely return to his lovely apartment. Highly recommended!!

A modern & very comfortable accomodation

On arrival we were welcomed by our host who was a very charming and helpful person. The spacious property was the nicest one that we have stayed at in Bourg d'Osians. It was immaculately clean and equipped with everything that we needed. The beds were comfortable and there is an adjacent bathroom with a good shower over a deep bath which was perfect for relaxing in after a hard day's cycling. There is a secure place for storing bikes. The property is situated a short distance from the centre of town and has fine views of the surounding mountains. We are eager to return for a longer stay next year.

Parfait

Location moderne, bien équipée, très agréable à vivre et au calme avec vue magnifique sur les montagnes ! Le centre du Bourg d’Oisans est a 20-25 min à pied avec tous les commerces nécessaires. Et bien sûr accès à tous les cols cyclistes de légendes depuis le bourg D’oisans. Le propriétaire est accueillant et soucieux du bien être de ses hôtes. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Beautiful apartment

We had a wonderful week staying at Denis’ apartment. It is a fantastic base for cycling up the local Cols! Secure bike storage, lovely quiet neighbourhood with stunning views from the terrace. Approx 20min (flat!) walk into Le Bourg d’Oisans with plenty of amenities and restaurants/cafes. Also very close to the lovely paved bike path to Lac de Buclet - perfect for a cool down swim after a ride! Denis is wonderful, so friendly and clear communicator. We would love to return to this gorgeous apartment :) Of note - as is typical of holiday homes in the region - there are limited cleaning/cooking supplies when you arrive (ie. Bring some loo roll!)

Bel appartement au calme et bien situé pour effectuer différentes types d'activité

Bel accueil chaleureux par le propriétaire qui nous a fait visité son bel et magnifique appartement bien équipé et très propre. Il nous a aussi conseillé de belles visites et promenades à faire dans les villages avoisinants et la région. Passez par l'office du tourisme pour avoir les cartes de randonnées et allez au marché typique hebdomadaire ou vous trouverez de bons produits locaux. Une très belle découverte que nous recommandons! Vacances réussies garanties!

Perfect place

We had a great time here for a cycling event with our family. The apartment is spacious, wel equipped and very clean. The owner is very nice and helpful. Would really recommend this place.

Super semaine de vélo

Bel appartement à l’étage, toutes les commodités, un hangar sécurisé pour ranger les vélos , une terrasse ensoleillée, à quelques minutes à pied du centre de Bourg d’Oisans. C’est paisible et idéal pour le repos après les journées de vélo.

Bel appartement,très propre et très bien équipé. Bien situé pour découvrir la région et proche de bourg d'Oisans Belle terrasse que l'on peut apprécier dès le matin. Le propriétaire est de bon conseil pour randonner. Location très agréable.

Excellent Holiday Accommodation

An excellent accommodation in absolutely stunning surroundings, just a walk away from the lovely town of Bourg d'Oisans. We could not have been happier and leaving to come home was extremely tough. We're already missing breakfast on the roof terrace, gazing at the mountains. The guests' garage is a great idea, offering safe storage for our bikes. The apartment itself is clean and spacious, with all the amenities one could require. Finally, I want to say a big thank you to our host. Covid lockdowns meant that it took us a long time to get there, but Denis was kind enough to stick with us and, after two years, we finally got the holiday we'd been dreaming of.

Top accomodation for family & friends and cycling

The appartment is situated just a few km's from the center of Bourg d'Oisans. Which was very nice since we stayed here with a 6 month old baby, the area is relaxed and quiet. On the terras we enjoyed the sun and the view on the valley, very beautiful. Everything is in place in the appartment and works top, and all is very clean. We had our bicycles with us, which could easily be stored together with supplies and tools in the garage downstairs. I could not wish a better owner than Denis. Quick response on questions and requests, and very adequate. My compliments ! A highly recommendable stay in Bourg d'Oisans. See you next time ! Jasper & Bianca & (little) Matthijs

Belle vue

On était chez Denis en famille. Très beau endroit entouré par la vue de la montagne qui est super jolie! L’appartement est très propre et situé à quelques minutes du centre ville en voiture, proche de un grand supermarché Casino. Il y as des belles promenades à faire autour de l’appartement. On as envie de revenir pendant l’été et faire du vélo. Merci Denis!
