Located in Le Controis-en-Sologne, this 60 m² holiday home accommodates up to 6 guests with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There is a mezzanine bedroom with 2 single beds, a second bedroom with a double bed, and 2 living rooms each with a sofa bed. The private, fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine. Amenities include air conditioning, private TV, private washing machine, self check-in, and a baby cot. Shared toys and books are available for children.

You have a parking space in a shared garage, with the option to charge an electric vehicle. One pet is welcome, but parties are not allowed.



The property is ideally located in the heart of the Loire Valley’s castles and vineyards, 15 minutes from Cheverny, 20 minutes from Beauval Zoo, and 30 minutes from Chambord. A local market takes place every Friday morning just 200 metres away.



Bed linen and towels are available for an extra charge; baby cot linen is provided free of charge. Cleaning is required for stays longer than 2 nights and is available for an extra charge.
