Location correcte sauf manque evidente d'entretien ainsi que ustensile de cuisine. Et de mobilier extérieur (2 transats en mauvais état pour 4 personnes) C'est dommage car villa sympatique .

belle villa dans un excellent quartier

Nous avons passé 20 jours ici. La maison est grande et spacieuse et bien equippé. Le jardin est très agréable avec des palmiers qui garantissent l’intimité de la piscine. le proprietair Franck est trés disponible

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette Villa en famille. Le calme, la tranquillité était au rdv. Mme Morin et son fils sont super sympa. Je recommande et je reviendrai sans hésiter.

Excellent séjour en Martinique chez Franck

Nous sommes avec couple avec 1 bébé d' un an. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison avec toutes les commodités et facilités liées à son emplacement. Nous avons adoré le maison, la piscine, le calme, la nature (Mr Lézard et Mr Oiseau de notre fille) Le propriétaire (Franck) est extrêmement sympathique, discret mais facilement joignable et surtout pas "prise de tête" sur les questions administratives. (check in , check out, caution,...). Cette donnée est non négligeable en vacances pour faire oublier le quotidien et d'autant plus apprécier la douceur des Caraïbes. Franck et sa maman avait même prévu le lit bébé, acheté la veille de notre arrivée. un plus appréciable. A recommander Virginie - Loïc et Nina
