hotel without air conditioning

After doing the check In we realized that the central air conditioning in the room was not working and when we complained at reception they told us that the air conditioning had not been working in the entire hotel for days. They never let us know anything and we had to leave the hotel because the heat was unbearable and we had to spend money in another hotel that we did not want to repair... the cleanliness of the hotel was bad too.

All the staff were fine and the room was adequate if a little basic. The breakfast was adequate. My main complaint was the application of dynamic pricing for the room which made the price 50% more costly than normal. (about 150 Euros instead of 100). I felt that I had been ripped off due to the demand in the area on the nights we stayed. In addition the hotel needs to make clear that it charges extra for car parking. I would not not stay there again due to there policies and the distance from the city centre

Comme à chacun de nos voyages sur le Havre, nous sejournons à cet hôtel. Seul bémol lors de ce séjour ,le menage de la chambre avant notre arrivée a été fait partiellement (chaussettes des visiteurs précédents sous le lit avec des moutons). Dommage!

À notre arrivée le personnel était très accueillant au petit soin pour sa clientèle quel dommage que la chambre et des traces de selle sur les interrupteurs des moumoute et autres saletés sur le sol les draps et les lits sont propres les serviettes sont propres. Le pire a été l'accueil du matin au petit-déjeuner et à la réception qui n'était pas très accueillant arrivé au petit-déjeuner avec un aspirateur en plein milieu qui gênait de passage qu'on a dû enjamber pour pouvoir accéder au petit-déjeuner je trouve ça dommage car je pense que la place de l'aspirateur n'était pas ici et le comptoir du petit déjeuner n'était pas très propre les croissants étaient sûrement de la veille ou de grandes distribution...

Satisfaisant.

S'agissant de la chambre, ce serait mieux si le distributeur de savon liquide coulait plus qu'une petite noisette et s'il y avait un bouchon au lavabo car il faut veiller au bouchon du dentifrice ou d'après rasage. Sinon c'est bien : spacieux, calme, bon lit, service et personnel impeccable et aimable.

Séjour correct, les photos sont extrêmement bien prise pour mettre en avant ce qu’ils veulent donc quand on voit la chambre on peut être déçu. On entend pas les personnes des chambres d’à côté mais dans les couloirs si, ainsi que dehors. Appart ça, c’était bien, le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Je recommande pour quelques nuits.

Toujours un plaisir de rencontrer l'équipe à l'arrivée comme au départ. Sourires et courtoisie sont au rendez-vous. En revanche la directrice n'accorde aucune importance aux soucis rencontrés ou aux doléances du client.
