Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Heating. Small balcony 3 m2, south facing position. Very beautiful panoramic view of the sea, the garden, the port and the bay. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra).
