Les chambres sont très propres et la literie de bonne qualité. Même si l'immeuble date un peu, des efforts sont faits pour maintenir l'ensemble fonctionnel et agréable à occuper. Le personnel est réactif et pro. Le petit déjeuner très convenable. La présence d'un restaurant de qualité sur place est un plus dans un bourg où il y a peu d'offre.

Déçu par la chambre supérieure. Petit déjeuner minaliste, peu de place peu de choix. A améliorer car le restaurant est top! Dommage que la qualité ne soit pas homogène.

The hotel was closed!

We arrived to discover the hotel was locked. We phoned using the number provided by hotels.com and a receptionist answered to say she would be with us in 10 minutes. Sure enough, she turned up but only to explain that the hotel was closed - if we really wanted to, we could have a room for the night but no dinner or breakfast could be provided. There was no option other than to find alternative accommodation and here the lady was very helpful, suggesting we stay in Combrai. She kindly phoned the Ibis in Combrai for us and booked us in for the night and for dinner. She explained to us that she had twice emailed hotels.com explaining the situation about her hotel, but no response had been received.

Bon hotel au Nouvion

Personnel très accueillant et agréable, chambres propres avec salle de bain en bon état (avec quelques affaires de toilettes en plus). Excellent restaurant (fermé le dimanche, le lundi et tous les midis) et petit déjeuner correct. Par contre il n'y a pas grand chose dans la ville en elle-même.

Bon rapport Qualité/prix avec le souci del'accueil

Une seule nuitée dans cet établissement mais qui nous a permis d'apprécier la cuisine raffinée du soir, le confort général de l'hôtel, la qualité de service du personnel, le confort de la literie, le coin convivial du petit déjeuner. Peu de monde présent dans l'hôtel donc difficile d'apprécier si les chambres sont bien insonorisées ( y compris par rapport au trafic de la rue principal)

Overnight Stay Visiting War Graves Cemetery

We were visiting my great grandads war grave and booked two rooms for our overnight stay. The staff are welcoming and friendly, the rooms are clean as is the rest of the hotel. We had dinner there on a Saturday night where there are two set menus to choose from one of the options is suitable for pescatarians. This must not be missed the quality of the food and service is exceptional.

Par malchance (alors qu'il n' avait que 5 clients) chambre (N°4) située juste au niveau du conduit d'évacuation des vapeurs de cuisine. Conclusion le bruit toute la nuit de cette ventilation avec le choix dormir et avoir très chaud ou rafraichir la chambre avec le bruit .......

Très bon séjour dans cet établissement. Ce dernier est propre, bien entretenu, accueillant. Les propriétaires sont rigoureux et aux petits soins vis a vis des clients. Le personnel est attentionné. La table est fine et raffinée. Je conseille !!
