Upstairs : small hall, shower room including WC, 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 2 single beds) (1 bedroom with double bed). Bed linen for hire on request. Outdoors : small private area with garden furniture. Shared with owner living next door : enclosed landscaped courtyard, laundry room (washing machine in owner's house). Shed available for parking on property. On site, 2 adjoining reception rooms (35 sq.m. and 15 sq.m) can be hired (combined with accommodation) for family/friends party, training of small musical ensemble...Shops in the village, hiking trail 50 m away, wine cellars & famous Brouilly vineyards nearby, many worth seeing sites to explore in the surroundings (castles, churches, city of Lyon...).
