Maison pas propre à l’arrivée .

La maison est bien placée. Par contre à l’arrivée elle n’était pas propre. Sol non lavé, four sale. L’état général était négligé. En manque d’entretien intérieur et extérieur. Dommage car elle a un beau potentiel.

Peu entretenu

La maison est bien située proche des transports en commun pour se rendre en ville d’Avignon, mais le quartier n’est pas très charmant. La maison n’est pas tout à fait conforme à la description de l’annonce. Beaucoup de finition laissent à désirer: câbles apparents, peinture non terminée, papier peint qui se soulève. Les photos ne sont pas vraiment représentatives de la maison ( surtout le jardin qui n’est pas très bien entretenu, ainsi que le grill et une étagère remplie d’objets usagés, pas de coussins sur les canapés de jardin, des chaises cassés, …) l’annonce n’indique pas clairement que les draps et serviettes de bains sont en supplément (70 euros). La maison n’était pas très propre à notre arrivée. Nous avons pourtant payé 100 euros de nettoyage. Nous avons même trouvé un vers dans les moules à gâteaux, dans la cuisine. Personne n’est venu entretenir la piscine de la semaine ce qui fait qu’en fin de semaine celle-ci n’était plus très accueillante. Je ne retournerais pas dans cette maison.

Séjour agréable dans un coin très calme dans une maison suffisamment grande pour une famille avec une cuisine bien aménagée mais donc l'extérieur mériterait d'être mieux entretenu pour que les enfants puissent jouer dehors sans problème.
