Petit appartement agrĂ©able mais manque un peu de propretĂ© (draps et serviettes tachĂ©s poubelle exterieur cassĂ©e donc cela attire les fourmis). Au niveau des services : dommage le restaurant de l'Ă©tablissement est fermĂ© et rien autour pour manger mais une jolie piscine et une idĂ©e d'un vergĂ© sympas mais qui pourrait ĂȘtre exploitĂ© Ă  fond pour rendre cela vraiment top !

Déçu

A notre arrivĂ©e, nous avons constatĂ© que les lits des enfants n’étaient pas faits, le frigo pas branchĂ©,la salle de sport fermĂ©e, pas de bar et le jacuzzi HS. Le nettoyage de fin de sĂ©jour est facturĂ© en supplĂ©ment 50€. Le logement est propre, spacieux, mais peu Ă©quipĂ© pour 5, pas de salon,... Attention, il y a beaucoup de moustiques dans le logement. Le restaurant est inexistant, il faut commander des plateaux repas 24h Ă  l’avance et peu de choix. La piscine est tout de mĂȘme agrĂ©able avec une jolie vue sur la montagne PelĂ©e et sur le coucher du soleil. L’endroit est calme est relativement bien placĂ© pour visiter le nord de l’üle.

Bon séjour

Cette rĂ©sidence hĂŽteliĂšre est un lieu calme au milieu de la verdure. Elle offre donc de la tranquillitĂ©. Le personnel est trĂšs correct. Nous avions louĂ© un T2. Les Ă©quipements sont corrects : rĂ©frigĂ©rateur, plaques chauffantes, mini four, micro-onde et vaisselle si l’on veut cuisiner. Quelques points Ă  amĂ©liorer : le sĂ©choir est trop petit, pelle et balai Ă  changer, mĂ©nage plus rigoureux Ă  l’arrivĂ©e : toiles d’araignĂ©e derriĂšre la porte de salle de bain, cheveux ...parking Ă  amĂ©nager. Globalement c’est plutĂŽt correct en dĂ©pit des points Ă  amĂ©liorer selon moi.

Bon accueil trĂšs belle vue pour ceux qui ont la chance D ĂȘtre devant les autres ne voient que les bungalows Équipement cuisine quasi inexistant et de trĂšs mauvaise qualitĂ© cafetiĂšre cassĂ©e et vieille on m a dit (sans sourire) D utiliser la manuelle que je N ai jamais trouvĂ© la hotte aspirante cassĂ©e le WC avec fond noir et bac Ă  douche encrassĂ© !! Aucun produit pour nettoyer une seule chiffonnette en piteux Ă©tat ! Par contre tres bon matelas drap propre et serviette de bain neuves la salle de bain est Ă  relooker entiĂšrement pas de meuble de rangement TrĂšs belle piscine mais Le Jaccuzi demande Ă  ĂȘtre desinfecte Le village est isolĂ© idĂ©al pour les randonneurs et ceux qui aiment la nature et Le calme

Superbe vue depuis la piscine à débordement.

Personnel accueillant mais il y a trop peu de transats Ă  la piscine et tous plus ou moins cassĂ©s. La vue est magnifique et l'on peut admirer le coucher de soleil. Bonne literie notre F2 Ă©tait spacieux. Il manque quand mĂȘme des mugs et dommage qu'il faille apporter son propre PQ. Toutefois cela a Ă©tĂ© un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour.

Vue magnifique et au calme

Cet hĂŽtel est rĂ©ellement au calme et c'est parfait c'est ce que nous recherchions. L'endroit est superbe, coucher de soleil depuis la piscine ! !! Seuls irritants : on est lĂ  juste pour qq jours, et il n'y a qu'un fond de rouleau de papier toilette, si on finit il faut renouveler : je vais pas acheter un pack de papier, juste pour 1 rouleau !!!! Dans le mĂȘme ordre, barbecue Ă  disposition, mais pas de charbon de bois.

Un coin de paradis.

Superbe rĂ©sidence avec vue sur mer, piscine... De l’espace sur la terrasse ,du confort Ă  l’intĂ©rieur, tout pour cuisiner si vous en avez envie. Lit moelleux, douche spacieuse. Personnel souriant et compĂ©tent. Une location de rĂȘve. De quoi s’occuper avec des enfants : zoo Ă  Anse La Touche, randonnĂ©e Ă  la cascade de Anse Couleuvre, recommandĂ©e Ă  l’accueil, non vue dans les guides! Quel dommage, c’est superbe! Sans oublier le parc d’émeraude, escapade dans la forĂȘt tropicale. Sinon, paradis des randonneurs.

Best internet I had on the island, but limited front desk availability and limited services on site. Restaurant was an unknown to us...you had to book 24 hours in advance. Billiards table was broken. No equipment for ping pong table. Roads were dangerous getting to the hotel. Nice views. We had to drive to another town for food or groceries.

Le positif bon accueil et belle vue Piscine sympa... Un véhicule est indispensable pour toutes activités... Le négatif nous avions pris ce logement suite au descriptif d hÎtel.com Soit 2 grand lit 2 petits lits nous avons eu la déception de constater qu' il y avait qu' un grand lit et 2 petits lits d aprÚs l hÎtelier il n ont pas cette configuration de 2 grand lits et qu' il s agit d une erreur d'hÎtel.com nous attendons le retour du service client A noter salle de bain pas digne d un 3 etoiles bonde et flexible de douche dans un mauvais état... Nous sommes parti 1 journée plutot
