We share the main entrance. I live on the second floor and you guys will have whole first floor. Guests can use the living area with a TV (amazon prime and Youtube) and the dining area with a - * Kitchen**: Enjoy the convenience of a kitchen equipped with essential amenities, allowing you to prepare meals and snacks during your stay. Guests can access back yard and patio. I am available 24/7 for your requirements, feel free to text anytime. I can help with anything within my range or stuff I got. Beautiful area to enjoy. 5 minutes to beach marina Leamington Boat Ferry. Ten minutes drive to Point Pelee National Park. Many wineries to enjoy wine tasting. Unique down town of with many Mexican food and many choices of family restaurants. Enjoy our next little charming little town of Kingville. It's only 10 minutes away. Enjoy the many restaurant and boutiques in this area. Leamington is very easy to get around by car NOTE: We do not have a separate entrance for this space. We've taken every effort to create a comfortable and respectful environment for our guests. Also i can arrange a one burner electric stove with bowls for a small cooking .
