Place was very cute. Great location. Great amenities. Could use a good deep clean, coffee condiments were expired. Gave cups and napkins but no plates or silverware, very confusing. Breakfast was tasty!

We loved the seclusion of Pine River and enjoyed it considerably more than staying in Leavenworth! The absolute one and only negative is the beds themselves. It was just a box spring and mattress and made for a restless sleep when you're used to a temperpedic. This place is great and the breakfasts are greater! Highly recommend!

This is a unique property. Definitely not your normal bed and breakfast! However, if you are looking for a place away from the bustle of Leavenworth set in the forests of the Cascades then this is the place. We stayed in the Natapoc Suite which has a wonderful cottage/log cabin type of ambiance. Breakfast is boxed and delivered to the room. It was quite tasty. In other words, this property is excellent if you are looking for a rustic, woodland environment.

Awesome place to stay for peace and quiet

Got there an hour early for check in and wanted to get a nap from the drive. Called Patrick and he let us go in early. Very nice layout, and everything was in order to just enjoy the room. I have zero complaints except that late in the evening, we did notice some ants in the bathroom, getting in from somwhere. I understand that that they can be a nuisance, but if checked and sprayed it can be controlled. Luckily we did not have any food loose that they could not get into. I would recommend this place if you want peace and quiet, and to be left alone. Patrick dropped off Breakfast around 8:30 am, and it was just enough to fill the belly before we left. Increase the check out time to 11am like hotels would be my only pet peeve.

Easy check in, adorable cabin with so much care and thought with what is in the room. Heated tile outside the jetted tub. Comfy sheets and robes. Very clean. Cups and drinks available. Would highly recommend and go for a walk around the property!

There were thoughtful touches of luxury throughout: gas fireplace, giant shower, bathrobes, silky sheets. There was a patio with deer outside our window and wind in the pine trees. Breakfast was brought to our door with a delicious omelet, fresh fruit, juice, and just-right hash browns.

The kitchenette had no flatware, plates or bowls. You can't make meals, only heat things with the very tiny microwave. The bathroom door had no latch. Half of the jets on tub didn't work properly. The breakfast is a boxed meal delivered to your door, not a traditional sit-down bed & breakfast. The ceiling fan in the bathroom was very loud and it's bearings screeched from time to time. For the price, a bit disappointing.

It was smaller than expected, but a very nice property. Unfortunately our room wasn't very clean. The toilet had some sticky liquid all over the floor in front of it. One of the coffee cups was dirty.....

This was so cozy and comfortable! Breakfast was delivered to our door and was delicious. One critique would be to have more sturdy bed side stands as the shelves we had were small coming out of the Sheetrock. We will definitely be back!!!
