The staff was great. The room was great, the restaurant was supposed to be open Saturday night and wasn’t which was inconvenient. Also, the TV in the room had less than stellar resolution, and the remote was a little dicey. Small inconveniences but wanted mention!

We were early and I knew it would be lucky if there was a room ready for us. There was a room available, and I cheerfully thanked the desk clerk. She must have been having a bad day because her attitude towards us was less than welcoming. (12:45 pm, Saturday, September 12, 2026.) The room was clean and comfortable. The toilet didn’t work properly, the tank took a very long time to fill, so we filled the ice bucket with water and used it to help flush, There were signs in the elevator and elsewhere promoting the restaurant, but it wasn’t appealing. It was simply a part of the lobby with some tables and chairs set there and a limited menu. At breakfast time, the coffee was good, but the fruit on the counter was sad-looking and didn’t bode well for any other offerings. We passed. And what’s up with charging extra for parking? The $10 invoice we received after paying Expedia in full was truly the epitome of “nickel and diming” the customer,

room was clean and recently updated. I only stayed one night and did not use much of the property other than exercise room which was very adequate for my needs. The parking was bit tight on a busy Saturday evening. No one offered to help with my bags which I did not need but would have been nice. Very convenient location for Hanover and the college. Overall positive experience and would recommend.
