"The air conditioning (AC) were not working at all, they were in a poor condition which once you switch off it does not start again. The hotel was out of hot water for the 48 hours. They said it’s a national problem. I gave my cloths for landury they have charged me 2600 for a few cloths which was not mentioned on thier description that laundry is out of pocket fee. "We had such a great stay at Urban! Very central, so not very far to different places by using yandex/taxi. The staff were brilliant and when we arrived exhausted at 9 am to put our bags in storage before the check-in at 2 they actually let us check in early and got us a room! The room was very nice and comfortable (could have been more sockets), and all in all it was a great time."

"Really nice hotel, big rooms, very cheap in the low season so I can’t complain too much. However, there’s a bar next door with loud music during the night. Fortunately I had ear plugs, but I know many people dont like to use them. If you are a light sleeper I’m sure you can let them know before you get there. The staff is very nice and speaks English, specially the girl from the front desk. "
