Non vedevo l'ora di lasciare la stanza-

Stanza piccola in sottoscala, con umidità e puzza di muffa. Ho dovuto accendere il climatizzatore a 30 gradi per deumidificarla . Cambio lenzuola e teli bagno.....MAI. Riassetto e pulizia camera ........MAI. Ho svuotato personalmente il cestino rifiuti della camera. Ho dovuto richiede il bagno schiuma. Non parliamo della 1^ colazione a buffet..... cornetto e cappuccino in un bar convenzionato. Era la mia prima esperienza in un B&B. Pessima esperienza

Great location

Perfect location for the seasoned traveller who is used to the Italian way of life. Accommodation is walkable from train station and into town. Our room, Room 3, had its own upstairs balcony and roomy interior. Ceiling of bedroom was beautiful. Room 3 is also the picture you see in the advert picture. WiFi available inside our room and plenty of wardrobe space. The room also had its own kitchenette.

Schönes Hotel in Lecce

Kleines und gemütliches Hotel (oder eher eine Pension) in Lecce. Einzelzimmer bisschen klein und dunkel aber schöne Terrasse im Innenhof. Badzimmer ein bisschen eng. Sauber. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet aber nur ab 8:30 Uhr. Hauptbahnhof 10 Minuten zu Fuss. Stadtzetrum 5 Minuten zu Fuss, ein Supermarkt in der Nähe. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, sich einen Tee oder Kaffee zu kochen, alles steht zur Verfügung an der Rezeption. Kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Der Besitzer stellt auf Nachfrage seine Garage zur Verfügung falls Fahrräder abgestellet werden müssen. Das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit aber leider Kommunikationsschwierigkeiten wegen der Sprache. Allgemein empfehlenswert!

Soggiorno a Lecce

Prenotato camera con soggiorno e uso cucina e annesso terrazzo privato. Bella struttura ristrutturata da un antico fabbricato con muri in pietra e volte. Proprietario gentile e disponibile, parcheggio riservato al b&b sulla strada chiusa (il proprietario vi darà un pass per l'auto). Noi siamo capitati nel weekend e la colazione era convenzionata a scelta in due bar nelle vicinanze (andati al bar Rustica ottimo.)

Ottimo soggiorno a Lecce

Vacanza di 4 giorni a Lecce e dintorni con ottima sistemazione alla residenza Pizziniaco, appena fuori dalle mura della città vecchia, vicinissima al centro. Una antica dimora accogliente. Suite comoda e spaziosa, con angolo cottura attrezzato e completo di tutto. Accoglienza veramente ottima e grande disponibilità del proprietario Giulio. Caffè, tè e altri generi di conforto sempre a disposizione.

Preisgünstig/gut in der Nähe der Altstadt

Der Verwalter und die Co-Verwalterin waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück, jederzeit möglich selbst Kaffee, Tee oder Wasser kostenfrei zu nutzen. Großzügiges Zimmer sowie Badezimmer mit eigener Terrasse mit Außendusche. B&B in der Nähe der historischen Altstadt, Stichstraße mit eigenem Parkplatz.... für mich ideale Unterkunft.

a pleasant little B & B situated in a street just outside and within 10 minutes walking distance of Lecce old town. Giuglio the proprietor was a very pleasant and accommodating man and his staff were pleasant and helpful. We hired a car to get about i.e visiting other places of interest and to get to the local beaches.

Very good location

This B & B is within easy walking distance of the historic centre of Lecce, although in a rather shabby street. Our room was attractive and well furnished and the owner was friendly and helpful. We were only able to have breakfast there on two of our four mornings. The owner had arranged for us to have breakfast on the other two mornings in a nearby café which was noisy and unpleasant. We appreciated being able to help ourselves to coffee and biscuits at any time, however.

Pick-up at train station very helpfull

The B&B is at least a 15 minute walk with a suitcase from the train station so the free pick-up was the main reason I chose to stay here. The Breakfast is good with some fresh fruit and the owner let me have a late check-out which was very kind of him.

Lecce in pieno relax

Alla scoperta di Lecce, abbiamo soggiornato nel residence che si trova a pochi passi dal centro storico. La struttura è molto curata e la camera da noi scelta era ottima sia dal punto della funzionalità che dal punto di vista del comfort. Estrema cortesia e disponibilità del sig. Giulio.

the b&b is a little hard to find because via s. nicola cataldi ends and then begins again, but the residenza is very accomodating and so is Giulio, the proprietor. Lecce and its environs are lovely and the b&b is close to the gate S. Biagio. It was distant from the train station for walking with baggage, so taxi is recommended and no problem. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Posizione comoda per chi arriva con il treno. Dista 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria e 5 minuti da V.le Gallipoli, dove passano i mezzi di Salento bus diretti ad altre località. Accoglienza e disponibilità impeccabile, lo consiglio.
