"Interesting place. Advertised as a guest house on some sites and Bed and Breakfast on others. Unfortunately when we arrived were told breakfast was not included - that seemed strange I booked the room on the pretence it served breakfast - being a "Guest House". I paid top price for this site when compared with other B & B's. Although they did end up supplying cereal for breakfast. But that is not good enough for the price. Also daily service was minimalist. "Rating this as excellent for what it was being a inexpensive pod hotel. Great location in the heart if Soho. Functionally ideal for people who ude a hotel only for sleeping and other essential activities. I woukd have appreciated more soundproofing especially for opening and closing doors"

"This hotel was amazing. I wish the £18 per day parking was mentioned on the advert. And I also wish the hotel would pick up the phone when calling, as I tried calling ahead of the booking 10 times, and when I was at the hotel I tried calling down several times and they didn’t answer an internal call either. I did notice them on the phone though so the phones work, perhaps they need an extra phone or more administrative staff. The room was comfy, the tv was odd it kept not playing sound and turning the volume up itself and the screen kept going all broken pixelated. The pool was lovely, and the breakfast too."

"We had a excellent night's stay in this hotel. Clean, quiet, modern and comfortable and an excellent location just a couple of minutes walk from Victoria station. Our room on the 9th floor even had a pretty impressive view. Breakfast was very good with a huge choice - something for everyone. We would most definitely use this hotel again."

"Park Plaza was good, nice rooms, great location. I wouldn't say it was worth what we paid. The check in was incredibly slow with the staff, we were waiting a long time. The room didn't have any nice touches like coffee, water or biscuits. And the spa/swimming pool needed to be booked in advance, and nothing said that was the case online, at booking, check in, or in the in-room information."

"I enjoyed my stay here! The location couldn’t be better - the hotel entrance is literally next to Tower Hill Tube Station, and you’re just steps from the Tower of London and within walking distance of Tower Bridge. The room is small, but very ergonomic and thoughtfully designed. The huge, comfy bed by the window, shower, vanity, and closet all fit perfectly into the space, so I had everything I needed without feeling cramped. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. When I arrived, the hotel system went down and check-in was temporarily unavailable, but they were so patient and kind throughout the whole situation. Breakfast at £20.50 was absolutely worth it - great variety, fresh berries and fruit, veggies, hot and cold options, and good coffee. I also loved the iPad in the room. It made everything feel modern and convenient, from controlling the lights to setting the alarm. I’d definitely stay here again!"
