The staff were helpful and polite. Rooms were a decent size and quiet despite being in the centre. The breakfast was good and self service. I prefer fresh coffee brought to the table rather than a machine but that is a minor point really. We had a lovely stay to see a concert nearby. It was a ten min walk to the First Direct Arena.
