Check in was 2 pm we arrived at 1:40 was told there was a problem and moved us too another apartment which we had too walk for 25 mins too get too where we was told it wasn’t ready and the cleaners was on the way however they told us the code for the apartment only for the cleaners too turn up at 5:30 not offered any refund or discount overall not happy

Horrific...what was supposed to be a relaxing sisters get together turned into terrible experience. We found our original booking unavailable without being informed so was offered this place instead.Huge cracks in walls,dangerous flex on kettle very badly charred.Shower with dirty unmaintained round outside base so we refrained from using.No main light in bedroom only light was a tiny bedside lamp full of cobwebs. A steady stream of men from upstairs flats smoking on step with door open so our apartment stank permanently of smoke.Never ,ever stopped in a place so badly in need of maintainance.

What can you say when you arrive in a property like this after paying £400+

We had a lot of trouble checking in. Apparently it is an apartment and you need a code to access the keys. There was no code provided, despite us paying for the whole reservation in advance. It would be nice if the apartment would e-mail us the code. We did not have UK phone number and it was expensive to call the number at the reservation. The agent asked us to send the copies of our passports via Whatsup app to get the key code! Not only there was nobody there and no code. We were stuck outside the apartment! Once we managed to get the key code. Everything else was fine. There even was a laundry machine in the apartment. Our kids were able to use a playground in the nearby park. The apartment is well maintained and very nice.
