I didnt like that the breakfast buffet didnt have any pastries as advertised and the only fruit they had was apples.. the eggs were cold the bacon was undercooked. The breakfast buffet amd the staff were the only thing that let this place down ... the room was nice

We had a comfortable stay but the cleanliness in this hotel is below average. We stayed in a family room l. Our bathroom floor was dirty along with the shower tray which was evidently unwashed as there was existing bodily hair from previous guests still present. Stains on carpet last and a general need for a good deep clean is required. Slightly disappointing for the amount we paid.

The breakfast was poor considering the cost and wasn’t replenished. The room needed hoovering and was not serviced daily even when a sign (as requested when queried with reception) was placed on the door. The towels were replaced but that was all.
