"Before arriving after booking I sent a email to see if I could pay in advance. The representative sent a form to fill out and a email to send the form back. I asked for a link to pay as I didn’t feel comfortable with mailing my info over on a form. The hotel rep said they didn’t have a link. Then out of no where my card was charged prior to leaving the country although in my booking it stated pay on arrival. So they just charged my card without warning. The hotel itself was ok. I was surprised there was carpet in the hallways considering you offer ocean view. But I see why as it’s not a real beach. It’s a man made beach on the 2nd floor with a big infinity pool. The staff was not very accommodating. We were here to celebrate a birthday! The birthday girls room had plumbing issues and had to have a toilet replaced. That took 2 days and was very annoying. I spoke with the concierge to get a birthday amenity sent to the room. It never happened. Very lack luster. Very disappointing stay. There is nothing that would make me come back for another stay. I would not return."

"The moment we arrived to the Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort it was nothing but complete attention from the staff. The room was pristine. Plenty of shops on property and nearby. The setting of the pool & bar were amazing overlooking the Caribbean Sea. All staff were friendly and helpful. The navigator that booked our excursion was very knowledgeable and helpful from day one! Highly recommend the resort and the beautiful island of Aruba!"

"My overall experience was pretty good. I would’ve like to see a little more entertainment activities offered. The food was pretty good, I wish the restaurants were open longer or if room service was offered at later hours. The staff were very helpful and nice. They offer two pools, one for adults and one for families. The option of both is nice. If you are looking to just relax and unwind this is the place for you."

"if you're part of all inclusive package reserve your reservations restaurants before you check in up to 48 hours before you check in as long as you're booked already. You're gonna need the reservations. Some places don't open until 5 PM lunch is only available one or two places. Order more than one entrée you're allowed live it up and fill up"
