Villa Ostria is one of four “Villas Agerides” properties and offers 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds), two bathrooms and a cosy living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and dining area. The spacious terrace has barbecue facilities and your own private swimming pool. On clear days, you can see as far as Paxos, while at night the mainland lights sparkle. Bed linen and towels are included. A security deposit is payable on arrival.



The traditional village of Tsoukalades, with its small shops, mini-markets, bakeries, tavernas and pharmacy, is just a 10-minute walk away. Kaminia Beach, Pefkoulia Beach, Agios Nikitas and the famous Kathisma Beach are only a short drive away. Countless small, little-known beaches with crystal-clear turquoise water await you.

Agios Ioannis Beach is particularly recommended for kitesurfers and windsurfers.



Lefkada has become a hidden gem for paragliders.

Lively Lefkada Town, with its narrow streets, many shops, excellent restaurants and bars, is a 10-minute drive away. Trips to the surrounding islands are also available from there.

Preveza/Lefkada Airport is just a 30-minute drive away.
