"The property was beautiful and was exactly as advertised. I absolutely loved the kitchen. It was big enough for several of us to use at the same time, one cooking, one preparing the meal, etc. My son was impressed with the warming drawer. We were able to prepare multiple items and keep warm in the drawer. Everyone fully enjoyed the pool every day. It was so relaxing just sitting by the pool with your favorite drink. The area was extremely quiet with only the sweet song of a local bird. We visited many attractions in Phoenix but, frankly, we could have just stayed at the house the entire time and have a wonderful vacation. The casita was very pleasant for us older folks. Giving us a respite from the children and a place for the dog to relax. Enjoyed our stay thoroughly."

"We very much enjoyed the house. It was clean and well maintained. It is a beautiful property. Beds, linens comfortable. However there are a few issues:1. We wanted to spend most our time in the outside pool area. However, the jacuzzi in ground would not heat over 90 degrees.We figured out how to heat either pool or jacuzzi but it made no difference on jacuzzi heat. Took 2 days to get the pool to 89.The jacuzzi was freezing when we first got there.2. There were no instructions on the ipad on how to heat jacuzzi or pool. it took a while to figure out how to do spa or pool etc.Again, would have helped to have WRITTEN instructions on how to use by the ipad.3. We tried to use the spa on top but it was very cloudy and dirty. We found the spa cleaner by the door and put some of that in... but had to wait until next morning to use. The water level on spa was too low for the jets. I tried to find a hose to fill... but none. Again, no instructions. No one ever came to check it.4. There were four of us there. Three out of the four got at least 15 mosquito bites sitting outside. We were out in the afternoon - not evening or night. There has not been that much rain... you need to check your property for standing water, etc.5. Lastly, the internet was terrible and we kept losing calls. The first night, there was not enough internet to download the instructions so we were flying blind. Print out the instructions in a book as a back up!You have been very"

"The most important part was hoping that the entry was easy and simple. Ended up being very simple and exceeded our expectations. Chris did an amazing job in answering any questions with a sense of urgency. Very quick to respond. A great touch on the treats and even offered up a dozen golf balls ! It’s too bad the balls ended up in the woods or water very quickly but a very kind thought. HIGHLY recommend Chris’s service and beautiful home!"

"From the moment we drove up, we knew we hit the jackpot. The driveway and landscaping were pristine, and the house sits on this beautiful, spacious acreage that made us feel like we had our own desert oasis. Inside, the home was spotless, modern, and so well-designed, we felt like we were in a magazine spread! The beds were super comfy, pillows perfect, and we all slept like babies. The pool and hot tub combo was absolutely epic, especially with those unreal sunsets and stargazing every night. We loved being a bit out of town (about 30 minutes from Old Town), the peace and desert views made it worth it. The host was on point, easy check-in and quick responses. Bonus: We even found a pump for our inflatables, talk about a thoughtful touch. If I had to nitpick, sure, maybe the towels could be fluffier. But honestly? We’d move in tomorrow. We’ll 100% be back and can’t recommend it enough!"

"The property was wonderful, just what we needed. Dealing with the chosen property management company was a nightmare. I will never rent through them again. We are VRBO clients in good standing. We respect and care for the homes we rent, and always leave everything as we found it. We are big tippers for the cleaning crew. I’ve never been treated this poorly. We came to Scottsdale to visit the place where we had a home for over a decade. We planned to visit friends and our favorite restaurants. My husband was diagnosed with a terminal illness and given months to live. Instead of relaxing and enjoying our time, I was answering calls, searching for nonexistent emails and dealing with multiple people on extensive phone calls. The local maintenance guy was wonderful, the rest of the team was not. We were threatened to be evicted because I didn’t sign some ridiculous ‘last minute rental forms.’ If the owner of this property reads these reviews, it would behoove them to find a better company to represent their property. "
