The hotel was great! The staff was kind, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, and there was a breakfast that was decent. Very centrally located, and there is also a huge pool and hot tub.

It was a good clean room only thing I didn't care for was there was no staff at desk when I was there. Had to ring bell for service and there was usually a few minute wait. For the most part it was a good stay.

I appreciated reading other reviews on this property; it helped me make my choice to stay here and I was VERY PLEASE. The lady that checked me was so nice and explained everything to me. My room was so inviting AND CLEAN! Breakfast was delicious and the employee working the breakfast site was so ambitious, kind and kept the food coming. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH MY STAY here at Best Western Timpanogos Inn.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms and property were clean for the most part. Pool area was a bit dingy feeling and equipment wasn't working properly in gym, but nothing to write home about. Breakfast was okay but bagels were stale and several half and half cups were open and leaking. A non-pork breakfast meat would have been super appreciated by those of us who do not consume pork (like turkey or chicken sausage or turkey bacon). Parking was plentiful.
