This house needs updated pictures. We are international travelers and our two main requirements were safety and a clothes washer.Pros of this houseThe host is responsive and niceIt is quiet and the neighborhood is quietWe felt safeAmple parkingShower was hot and had good water pressureWalking distance to a cute corner shop, bigger shops, and a good little Chinese restaurant/chippyFenced off backyardSPACIOUS! I would say you can comfortably have 6 people stay there without issue.There are 2 bathrooms and a newish cooktop/oven. When you open windows, the house gets an amazing cross breeze for some fresh airWifi and TV worked without issueWe ordered delivery without issueBathroom, kitchen, and floors were cleanCons of this houseNearly everything is a little bit brokenIt was surface clean, bathrooms, kitchen, and floors were clean but there was long standing grime, like when we pulled down the kitchen window shade, it made a sticky sound, grime piled up in the corners, and the upstairs bathroom is moldyThe upstairs toilet didn't flush without some workBoth toilet seats in both bathrooms were brokenThe down stairs shower was brokenThe washer was broken and there wasn't a drying rack. (There is a really nice laundromat in Bolton, run by an exceptionally nice man.)There are 2 big piles of trash, one in the front and one in the backThe beds need some padding, you can feel the springsThe threshold from the bedroom to hall is broken, my partner tripped over it
