I had a comfy room with a balcony but when I asked for a silent spot few weeks before my check-in they did what I asked for and upgraded my accomodation to a studio: It was great! I must say THE STAFF HAS BEEN AMAZING: They were all very kind with good manners and care for the customer and her/his privacy which is something goth people like me appreciate since the music festival (WGT) going on makes us very tired, sleepless and not willing to have any sort of inconvenience. The breakfast was huge and my room was cleaned perfectly. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel and It was worth the money I spent. I thank again the kind staff, they did a great job.

Highly recommend it. Extremely friendly staff. Much better priced than the hotels adjacent to the train station. This hotel is much cheaper and only two minutes walk to the station.

Very reasonable price for the night. Was offered a glass of champagne upon my arrival. Wonderfully spacious & quiet suite of rooms. Terrific staff. Will come here again. Just a 10 minute walk over to the new fine arts museum in a pedestrian area with interesting restaurants & a lovely park.

Excellent hotel.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The 2 Double rooms with balcony also had an area with wardrobes and room to store our luggage, there was also a sitting area in the first bedroom. (Photos taken just before check out so beds not made) The staff were very friendly and helpful. On check in I was even presented with a welcome glass of Prosecco! The hotel breakfast was very good with plenty of options. The location is right next to the main train station and an easy walk to the Old Town. For a good value dinner try Leo’s Brasserie. Not far from the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel!

Good room in great location, with minor issues

Overall had a good experience, spacious room with mini fridge (mini bar) and desk, very conveniently located close to the main station which made getting around super easy! I just have a few small complaints but all in all the visit was good. My issues, in order of severity, are the following: 1) The bathroom had a full length window with shutters that didn't fully close all the way. When sitting on the toilet I was literally able to see people on the street below, which was obviously uncomfortable from a privacy perspective. They probably couldn't see me as well as I saw them, but it still made me feel uneasy to the point where I turned the lights off when showering. Bathroom windows like that should be frosted or something for privacy! Addditionally, the shutters were on the outside and when it was windy they made a fair bit of noise. 2) I had a corner room and it seemed the wifi signal was struggling to reach me. I always had only one wifi bar, and I lost connection if I took my phone into the bathroom. I had to reconnect a few times per day, which was annoying. 3) Though it wasn't a huge deal, it somewhat bothered me that the lightning in the room wasn't very good. When getting back in the evening when it was dark outside, I'd turn on every light but it was still quite dim (except the bathroom which got very bright) All things considered I'd rate my experience a 7/10, would be happy to stay here again!

We had a great stay at the Best Western in Leipzig city centre. The location couldn’t be more convenient – just steps from the main train station, with easy access to public transport, and a short walk to the town centre. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, and the breakfast service was excellent with plenty of choice to start the day right. A very reliable and welcoming base for exploring Leipzig. Highly recommended.

I was moved location to a different hotel. The room was not the same standard that I had paid for. Single bed with no amenities and a boiling hot room. To then not be offered any compensation is a disgrace. I fully understand the issue with my original room but they should have booked a better alternative that was to the same standard. For what I had paid and what I got is a joke.

Wir waren nicht das erste Mal in diesem Hotel. Leider hatten wir dieses Mal nicht direkt nach einen Zimmer nach hinten gefragt und somit ein Zimmer zur Strassenbahn erhalten. Der Balkon war sehr klein. Man konnte nicht darauf sitzen, was wir vom Hotel nicht gewohnt waren. Ausserdem war es nachts teilweise laut wenn das Fenster gekippt war. Ansonsten war alles super, von der Größe der Zimmer über Sauberkeit bis hin zum Frühstück. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und angagiert.
