Really bad experience

Quite bad experience. The room was not cleaned from the previous guests and I could reach no one to assist me with the problem even I mailed, texted and called them. I had to go to another proper hotel. I hope that they will have the decency to refund my money and pay for the other hotel. The least can do for the inconvenience that they created. I am also not please of hotes.com because I couldn't find someone to assist me neither. I would avoid it 100%.

Ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs (ca. 8 Min zu Laufen). Wohnungen total praktisch. Die Duschbedingungen sollten verbessert werden, denn bei einer schnellen Dusche wurde das ganze Bad nass, wenn das Wasser auslief.

Schoon appartement en heel eenvoudig inchecken dmv de kluis met sleutel. Appartement bevind zich dicht in de buurt van de tram maar ligt ook op loopafstand van het centrum. Enige minpuntje is de gordijnen die te smal zijn waardoor het licht binnen komt in de ochtend.

Leider war die Küche vor unserer Ankunft nicht gereinigt worden, das Wasser im Spülbecken lief nicht mehr richtig ab und vom Vorbenutzer war das Geschirr noch in der Spülmaschine. Die Polster der Stühle waren kaputt und eine Vorhangstange ist herunter gekracht (war gefährlich, da diese sich direkt über den Kinderbetten befindet). Sonst war die Wohnung von den Räumlichkeiten und der Ausstattung her, sehr schön und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt!!!

Sauber. Das wars. Ansonsten: keine Leselampen am Bett. Rechts kein Nachttisch! Links ein lächerliches Gestell als Nachttischernsatz. Extrem abgewohntes Mobiliar. Die weißen Metallstühle mit der fleckenweise abgeschabten oder abgeschlagenen Farbe lassen vermuten, dass die Gäste den Vermietern sehr egal sind, obwohl (zur Buchmesse) unverhältnismäßige Preise verlangt werden.

Die Unterkunft liegt im Zentrum Leipzigs, circa 5 bis 10 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Ich hatte die Penthouse-Suite u.a. mit eigener Küche und Dachterasse. Modern eingerichtet, sehr geräumig und super sauber. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hierfür ist absolut unschlagbar!! Der Check-In funktionierte auch ohne Rezeption unkompliziert und reibungslos. Der Kontakt zu den Mitarbeiter*innen im Vorfeld war super nett. Bei meiner nächsten Reise nach Leipzig werde ich wieder Gast. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Das Appartement ist klein aber fein und reicht vollkommen aus. Das Bett war sehr bequem,das Bad modern und sauber. Die heiße Dusche habe ich sehr genossen. Einzig bei der Kaffemaschine ist zu bemängeln, das wir dafür extra Nespressokapseln kaufen müssten, was wir letztlich nicht getan haben, sondern uns löslichen Kaffe besorgt haben. Die Kaffeebecher sind für unsere Bedürfnisse viel zu klein und, was wichtiger ist, ohne Henkel, so konnten wir unseren Kaffee leider nicht heiß genießen, da wir die Becher nicht anfassen konnten.

Gute Lage, einfache aber geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Lauter Kühlschrank, Zimmer lässt sich leider nicht richtig abdunkeln. Nahegelegenen Bahn stört nicht. Genügend Parkplätze vor dem Haus bzw. in der Nähe. Achtung: es werden 5€ Reinigung nachträglich in Rechnung gestellt.

Es gibt pro Etage ein Gemeinschaftsbad. Es ist zwar sauber, aber man muss sich immer die Zeit raussuchen, wo niemand drin ist. Sehr nervig. Außerdem werden keine Handtücher bereitgestellt und man muss seine Handtücher auf der Heizung im eigenen Zimmer trocknen. :/

Schön und sauberes Zimmer mit Balkon. Das Zimmer war bei der Ankunft nicht geheizt, empfand ich beiden kalten Temperaturen nicht gut. Das einchecken, dürfte deutlicher erwähnt werden, wo es sich befindet, bzw. Unterschied zur Unterkunftsadresse.

Lage mit guter Lage, aber mit Verbesserungsbedarf

Wir haben schon mehrfach in einem der Apartments übernachtet. Dieses Mal waren wir nicht so zufrieden wie sonst. Einige organisatorische Mängel und einige Mängel in unserem Apartment haben dazu geführt. Auch die Ausstattung unseres Apartments ließ an manchen Stellen zu wünschen übrig. Die Lage ist gut. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß beim Hbf und in der Innenstadt. Einen Parkplatz findet man mit etwas Glück gleich vor dem Haus. Ansonsten gibt es Abstellmöglichkeiten gegen Bezahlung in der Nebenstraße und am Hbf. Die Abläufe für Check-In und Check-Out sind gut, die Erreichbarkeit der Reception ist eingeschränkt.
